- client has got 5 children who are in the care of the Department of Child Protections, case is now closed , and client is in the process of reunification for all her 5 children .
- client is recovering from A.O.D
- client is studying part time, community service course ,funded by Government
- client does not have a laptop to complete learning modules for study
- client uses the local library, to get access to a computer ,
- client also attends campus to use library and computer ,
providing assistance for laptop would help client achieve her goals and study in her own time without using the public library
