Young woman has escaped domestic violence

We are currently supporting a young woman who has recently fled a situation of domestic violence and is in the process of rebuilding her life, daily routines, and sense of safety while residing in a refuge. She comes from a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background and is currently ineligible for social security support. In addition to these challenges, she experiences both neurological and mental health conditions, which present further barriers to engaging in everyday activities and accessing essential services.
