Urgent Help Needed: Support an Elderly Man Battling Health Issues, Depression, and Abuse

An elderly man in his 60s is currently facing multiple health issues, including battling depression and stress, and is a victim of family and domestic violence. He is also experiencing financial abuse from family members and, at times, goes without food. He has an outstanding bill of $1,189 that he is unable to pay.
