Downstairs of Elderly Couples Home Flooded Twice in 2 months!

GIVIT
Flood waters inundated the downstairs level of this elderly couple's home just below knee deep. Both have health conditions with one with mobility issues and the other on oxygen for Crest Scleroderma. With no power for the oxygen concentrator for 3 days they were under a considerable amount of stress using the back up oxygen cylinders and hoping the power would come back on. A second rain event just under 2 months later, again had water enter the home, although not to the same level.
