I am supporting a young person who tried to study, apply for jobs, and write his goals for the future, but sitting on the floor made everything harder. His back ached, and sometimes the discomfort made him want to give up. Still, he refused to let the past define him. He knew that with the right tools, he could move forward.
That’s why he’s kindly asking for help.
