47near old Aboriginal male experiencing long term homelessness and rough sleeping due to ongoing childhood trauma, family violence, mental health, addiction and incarcetration. Has been on and off rough sleeping under the bridge and temporary accommodation the past 2 years. He was rough sleeping through the recent cyclone and lost a lot of his personal belongings during the storm. This individual suffers from complex mental health issues and is now engaged in supports for housing and harm minimisation addressing his ongoing issues. He has just been offered a little place and has nothing at all except for his clothes and sleeping bags and requires household items and white goods to start fresh.
