Young refugee family seeking support after car accident left husband unable to work
GIVIT
Young family moved to Australia for a better life - Dad was working but had a car accident so now they are facing uncertainty of their ability to stay in Australia. Whilst Dad recovers they are receiving no income. Mum is caring for a 2 year old and a 9 month old and her husband while he recovers. He will likely need surgery in the coming months on his injured back. Olivia's Place have provided them with all the baby items they need however they are struggling to make ends meet. Recently the family car was vandalised while parked out the front of their house as well. Insurance will cover this but for now they have no transport as it gets assessed. They also live with family (sharing a bedroom) as they could no longer afford rent. Formula and food are their current biggest expense. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
