The client has no family support and limited informal supports. Due to his circumstances, he requires assistance to establish his new home. Support is requested for the provision of essential household items, including:

- Mattress
- Fridge
This assistance will support the client to safely and comfortably settle into his new accommodation and help maintain housing stability following the transition from temporary accommodation.
