They are from a low socioeconomic family living with their dad and pop only.
Dad is on a pension and money is extremely tight, they are at risk of not engaging in education if they can not gain access to equipment they require.
The two siblings have been referred to Escare service from another Esperance service who also have no access to provide educational supplies.
