Resourceful survivor of family violence, recently homeless, aiming to find employment again in her previous profession.
GIVIT
M is a woman in her 50s who has had several years of homelessness after experiencing domestic violence from her partner. After hospitalisation she did not want to return home but staying with friends made her feel like a burden, leading to her rough sleeping for the first time.
M has recently moved into transitional housing, and is looking to regain stability by brushing up on her past skills and seeking employment again. Client has multiple medical conditions which impact her finances, but she remains extremely resourceful, energetic and optimistic and actively contributes to her community in many ways.
