Client lives in rural and remote QLD where there is only 1 white goods supplier in town.
Client has recently had to return washing machine and dryer to owner and now has no ability to obtain the basic need of the home.
The client has taken on additional caring responsibilities and this has seen the client experience financial hardship. Clients recently has experienced family custody issues with ongoing family court matters.
The client has been committed to improving the financial circumstances with working with FC. The client has been able to build financial resilience skills and capability skills. The client has a good understanding of basic needs to run the home with the care of several younger people in the home.
The client has no means to purchase these items themselves and is unable to obtain credit. It is requested that a large washing machine and dryer be obtained at bi rite electrical miles for the client and delivery be covered .
