Urgent replacement mattress needed for elderly male in financial hardship

Client is a 67-year-old male with chronic osteoarthritis and poor mental health (severe anxiety and depression). He is in urgent need of a replacement double mattress for his bed as his current one, which was purchase from the Op Shop some years ago is worn and sinking in the middle. He is undergoing a total knee replacement on 16th December 2025 and needs a supportive mattress to assist with his recovery and to also make it safer for him to move / roll and a supportive surface from which to get in and out of the bed safely.
He is experiencing financial hardship and has limited funds to purchase a replacement mattress privately.
