A 49-year-old man has just been accepted into a one-bedroom affordable social housing property and is in urgent need of a king single bed. This community member is desperately working to get his life in order, and now that he has a roof over his head, he has been assisted in starting work. However, all his savings have been used for two weeks’ rent in advance, and he is now in need of a bed, as the unit is very small.
