Client is 63 years old, living on her own. Client has a major depressive disorder, chronic PTSD, adult ADHD and severe anxiety. Client is struggling to keep up with her living in terms of financial. Client is currently doing TMS treatment for her PTSD and she is also having a severe pain on her hip and lower back and that makes it difficult for her to mobilise.
