Elderly lady experiencing threats of physical abuse and financial hardship needing clothes and house items

My 84-year-old client is experiencing threats of physical abuse from a neighbour at the rooming accommodation she lives in. She is terrified to leave the unit as she has lost all vision in one eye and has 20% remaining in the other eye. A neighbour has threatened to physically assault her, she already experiences PTSD from an attempted murder incident many years ago and does not want to risk losing the remaining eyesight she has.
I have found her a safe place to live in a seniors community; however, the unit is unfurnished. I have been able to source some basic furniture, but she needs to purchase some linen, towels, crockery and also some clothes, as she only has 1 good outfit to wear.
I am asking, if kindly possible for a voucher that could be used in Kmart for these items please.
