Single mother with 4 children, has been experiencing DV from father to 3 of the children for some time. Has been staying in safe house that enabled her to build on her strengths to be able to move forward with the children and start her life again. She is working with organizations to try to also get supports for her children that have special needs through learning and behaviors and try to get children assessed for NDIS supports. She has no family support and due to past history with perp he isolated her from friends, and she has no supports for children apart from day care. She is trying to hold part time job while ensuring that she children are attending school and daycare children are aged between 6 & 2, so she has her hands full making sure that they are cared for. In the past the DV has been in different forms of DV so her strength to be able to now feel that she can move from her safe house and take on rental is a huge achievement for her.
