Vulnerable Gentleman Falling Through the Gaps of QLD Health
GIVIT
We are currently working with a gentleman in his mid-50s who is experiencing significant barriers to access the health system resulting in him being at risk of losing his public housing tenancy. This gentleman has multiple significant physical disabilities which restrict him from being able to care for himself (making meals, cleaning his property, showering/toileting) and thus we are seeking assistance from the lovely GIVIT community to help restore dignity and independence to this gentlemans life whilst we advocate for QLD Health intervention.
