The client is 36-year-old women who is experiencing financial hardship, widow and new in the country as well as experiencing homelessness and isolation. If the donation is given to the client, she will buy bikes/clothes and shoes for her boys age 12 and 7 who will use the bikes to commute to and from school as client does not drive.
