A Father’s Fight to Keep Going

Allieu is a devoted father who has faced immense hardship over the past year. Despite this trauma, he continues to work casual hours and has begun a trade course to rebuild his life. He does everything he can to maintain his rental, but the cost of living has made this extremely difficult. He relies on Centrelink, irregular work, and still sends money to support his children interstate.
Allieu previously fell into arrears in 2025 and was able to get up to date through significant work and support from TAP. However in 2026 due to work fluctuations over holiday period he has now fallen three days behind again and has already received a letter from his real estate threatening action.
Financial aid support right now would help Allieu stay up to date with rent, avoid further arrears, repay borrowed funds from friends and family.
