Family suffered significant damages to their home during the Feb 2024 storm event and not all repairs were covered by insurance. The resident has two young children with the older child being aware of the storm event and now suffers with anxiety every time the wind picks up and becomes very anxious. The family still needs to have dangerous trees removed that are within 10 meters of the house, which is not covered by the insurance, they are also trying to replace their white goods that were damaged by a power surge. As the residents have put all their money into repairing damages, it has been difficult to put money aside for these other important issues. The residents would be grateful for any assistance and requesting vouchers to offset the cost of tree removal and replacing damaged items.
