The family lives in a temporary arrangement and the water tank that was connected to the washing machine is broken. The family is unable to use the water tank now, unable to use the washing machine and has to be heavily relied on other people for washing.
She is in need of 10,000-15,000 litre water tank for her washing machine and other needs.
Family has multiple stressors including financial.
