Lady who lives with her mother and her son has had flood waters come up from a metre away. The pumps stopped working, to fill rainwater tanks. There are two pumps which need replacing. One pump may be fixable. There furniture which is stored in a shipping container near the river has been flood damaged and isn't useable. It contained one double and one queen bed, a tallboy, fishing gear and family memorabilia. She didn't expect the flood water to reach the container or so close to the house. She stayed awake all night frightened of what may happen. As the rainwater pumps stopped working they were unable to use the toilet or shower. She cares for her mum who was very distressed. Mum is on a disability pension. Her son was unable to go to work for a week because of the flooding. Clothing has been affected by mould.
