Very remote community of Richmond, single person with disabilities, living alone with no family supports. Currently unable to effectively wash dishes and take showers during colder months. Seeking support to acquire hot water system to provide comfort for basic hygiene needs to be met. Old unit had a short during storm and is no longer working.
