Community Champion selflessly gives to others and never asks for help
GIVIT
This remarkable woman has spent her life helping others, and continues to do so despite facing significant personal challenges. She volunteers at two community organisations and is currently studying counselling to better support those she serves. She is unable to work due to serious mental health challenges, though she has had a long history of active employment working in caring roles. She now lives in community housing and manages on a fixed income while caring for her young son, who came as a surprise later in life. Despite her own struggles, she remains incredibly positive and committed to staying well for her son. Asking for help is very difficult for her, but she is in genuine need of support to continue caring for her family and contributing to her community.
