Family's home was inundated with rain water
2025 North & Far North QLD Floods
Rain water was forced under the doors of a family's home, they attempted to stop it from coming in by using their linen. They had no power so were unable to wash and this made the linen mouldy. Lost entire contents of fridge and freezer, including medication for children. Some furniture was destroyed because of the rain water.
