Lost possessions in flood, now living in temporary accommodation.

At the time of the 2022 flood he was living in the above rental property. Water came into the house and surrounded the building. He lost all of his possessions. Since the flood he has been in insecure temporary accommodation and sleeping rough at Woodenberg.
In 2020 had a very bad motorcycle accident and his hands are now permanently and severely damaged, he is unable to work. Currently on Centrelink payments and has been turned down for the disability payment. Living in a caravan donated to him however needs parts to make it roadworthy and pass it's registration test. Currently caravan is on a flood plain and would like to get it repaired and registered to move to a suitable/affordable caravan park.
