Resident and wife are unable to reside in their storm damaged home whislt repairs are underway. Currently living in hotel accommodation many kilometres from their damaged home. Resident has become unemployed, both expereincing health issues which are beyond their financial means. Daily living needss are a struggle. Grocery and fuel vouchers would free finances to attend to health needs and manage home repair.
