Client came in needing assistance with replacement of furniture that had been damaged during TC Alfred. Client indicating, she is experiencing black mold throughout her house due to water damage during TC Alfed which has spread to her furniture as well. Client also has a young dependent who has suffered some furniture damage too due to the spread of black mold. Client indicating, she is in communications with her landlord to remove or replace the carpet throughout the house but in the meantime, they have had to throughout 2 sets of drawers, 2 sets of wardrobes, Queen sized bed, King single bed and bedding for both beds. As client is a single mother, she does not have the financial capabilities to purchase these types of furniture and is in need of assistance in this area.
