The client is an elderly individual with significant health needs who is currently experiencing ongoing hardship. They have very limited family or social support and often struggle to manage daily tasks and essential living costs on their own. Their circumstances are made more challenging due to a history of homelessness and family and domestic violence, which have had lasting impacts on their stability and well-being.
Despite these difficulties, the client is doing their best to maintain their home and care for their own health, but the combination of limited income, health challenges, and minimal support networks places considerable strain on their day-to-day life.
Any assistance would help ease some of the pressure they are experiencing and provide much-needed support during a particularly vulnerable time
