A dedicated single mum has been settling her family into long term social housing after staying in temporary accommodation in motels and crisis housing for approx 12 months. Mum escaped DFV and is well on her path to create safer future for her family. To continue building on the family’s progress, the family would love the support of Givit donors to receive variety of household items. Items of interest are - a portable air conditioner (to support the family to manage during the long NQ summer), lawn mower (to enable mum to maintain the home environment and take pride in her place in the community) and a fridge/freezer. Unfortunately, a fridge recevied from a Givit donor a couple of months ago has stopped working so an alternative to keep food for the family safe will be gratefully received.
