Client is currently paying more than 70% of her income in rent. She is terrified of becoming homeless. She has a 3 year old child who is due to start Kindy in the new year, she cannot afford to buy his school uniform or even Christmas presents for him. He has a severe language delay and is going to be attending a specialist speech and language school, the financial impacts of the rent is causing this family to go without at a difficult time of year. Client already has issues with her mental health, this is exacerbating them.
