Client has recently been affected by family and domestic violence by an ex-partner. She is currently in the process of rebuilding her life and managing multiple challenges related to physical and emotional wellbeing, housing instability, and financial hardship. She is physically fragile and has had serious health issues as well as a traumatic life history. Due to leaving the relationship, she is at risk of homelessness. At present, all her belongings are packed and stored in her car, and she is couch surfing between friends’ homes and her brother’s place.
Client had undergone a gastric sleeve surgery, a medical procedure which significantly alters nutritional needs and the ability to absorb key vitamins and minerals. As a result, she is required to maintain a strict and supplemented dietary plan, which includes access to specialized food supplements that can be bought in pharmacies. She has previously been hospitalized in Perth due to malnutrition
