This first-time mum made the brave decision to break free from family and domestic violence while pregnant. Since having her child, she has found it incredibly difficult financially. The cost of rent, bills and basic essentials leaves her with next to nothing. It makes it further difficult when she has only recently had a baby which means she is currently unable to work. With Christmas coming up, this small family would benefit from the kindness of the community to help them celebrate such a special occasion together, without having to worry how she will be able to afford this. This mum is also seeking to retrain herself to set herself and baby up for the future with goals to work in community services to assist others who have experienced what she has been through.
