Recently released from custody. Cognitive Impairment. ASD. Significant history of trauma. OST program.
GIVIT
Client comes from a large pro-criminal family, who he has been actively avoiding since release, in turn he has few supports in the community. Currently on OST and attempting to get his life on track. Receives disability support pension, due to a CI and ASD diagnosis, along with several mental health diagnoses. Vulnerable. Was recently forced to leave his parole address and has been unable to return to gather his few belongings including his electric scooter, which was his primary form of transportation. We are seeking an electric scooter, to suit a tall adult, to support Client to attend meetings and appointments such as his OST, probation and parole reporting, and other treatment programs and to promote independent living skills.
