Mother escaped Domestic Violence - Help a Mother of two rebuild her life

This request is for a mother of two toddlers (ages 2 and 15 months) who has recently escaped a long-term domestic violence situation. Originally from West Africa, she has no family or support network in Australia.
She is currently in a state of "survival mode." She faces the exhausting challenge of managing a faulty fridge during high temperatures and lacks a washing machine, forcing her to travel to public parks for laundry—a task that is terrifying for a survivor who is scared to leave her home and physically difficult with two babies.
Furthermore, her only link to the outside world—an old phone—is failing. She urgently needs to manage a mountain of legal and immigration paperwork, but cannot afford the travel or printing costs of a library. Support will provide her the basic dignity and tools she needs to protect her children and secure her future.
