Client was in the process of rebuilding his cabin after a house fire. He and his son, who has a disability, live in a cabin on a small acreage belonging to his sister, His property is close to large creek which flooded in the recent floods, and he lost part of his cabin and building materials and tools stored in a shed which washed away completely.
