Clent was affected by the February 2024 storms which affect her shed, electricity, and water supply. The family of 4 had to evacuate for one week. They are back in the house but require support with furniture, and food. Client advises she is financially stressed and mentioned “I am stay at home mum with two kids”. partner is working long hours to make up for the loss of stuff and daily basic needs.
Client stated her mental health is average and she does have depressive day because of trauma her family had to face due to storms. Client requested vouchers to support her financially.
