An elderly couple, currently renting a property on the Central Coast, were severely affected by the recent natural disaster. Stormwater entered their home through a leaking ceiling, causing significant damage to their essential household items, including their fridge, microwave, and mattress.
They are pensioners and are now urgently seeking support to replace these items. Without a functioning fridge, they’ve had to resort to storing food with blocks of ice in an ice box—an unsustainable and difficult solution.
They would deeply appreciate any assistance, especially with a large fridge, a microwave, and a mattress, as they work to recover and regain some normalcy after this challenging event.
