The client arrived at our service with minimal personal belongings. During our initial engagement, he expressed a desire to reconnect with his family as part of his recovery and reintegration process. He stated that he does not currently have access to a phone and has requested assistance in obtaining one to facilitate communication with his family and support network.

Our partner charity has requested this donation for someone they support who is doing it tough.
