17 year girl moving towards independence since experiencing family breakdown

Currently working with a young girl who just turned 17 and due to family breakdown is moving towards independence and is couch surfing with friends.
She is enrolled and working towards completing year 12 this year and is seeking financial assistance.
She only managed to leave home last year before Christmas with a backpack of her belongings and requires assistance with essential clothing and self care products. She is eager to get back to school which she refers to as her safe space and kindly requests stationary and support to obtain new school uniform/ school bag/ lunchbox etc.
She would be greatful for any support at this time.
