Single mother was forced to relocate from Tasmania due to severe DFV. This year, she tragically lost her daughter to suicide, and as a result, she has been unable to return to work. The grief has been overwhelming, and she is engaging with her doctor, attending numerous appointments as she navigates this difficult period. In addition to the emotional toll, this family is also facing significant financial strain. The family`s washing machine recently broke, and the mother has been hand-washing the kids uniform and family’s clothes. As she is unable to resume work currently, the family is struggling financially, and the burden of daily chores without a working washing machine is adding to their stress. mother has an auto immune disease. The family's rent has been increased, adding more financial stress. The mother is currently paying 70% of her benefit towards the rent.
