25-year-old female, with a severe and persistent mental health diagnosis who is experiencing coercive control in her personal relationship. Additionally, this female has experienced trauma from a very early age including but not limited to family history of substance use, trafficking, and incarnation of family members.
Encounters with mental health have included perinatal mental health, inpatient admission and continuing care team.

Homelessness (risk of homelessness) due to ex-partner parents own property; waitlisted for community supported accommodation
