Mum with mental illness and 4 children with minimal supports

Client has mental illness and living on their own with four children on and off as father is in and out of picture and unable to support financially. She is finding it very ifficult to manage financially in current climate. Client has very little support formally or informally and finds life a struggle with the children most days but is just managing to get by. She rarely has any money left over for herself or children to purchase clothes and other necessities relying on other charities for support when needed. Client does not have a car and does not drive and finds it difficult to cope some days. She would really appreciate some help
