This homeless indigenous gentleman has a multitude of severe challenges in just surviving day to day.
A severe psychiatric illness that requires hospitalisation at times.
Chronic health conditions that impede his movement and breathing.
He’s been homeless since 2019 at least and has a priority housing application in place.
His camp is in the bush, no close water. No power, no shower toilet. He washes in a river or public toilets.
He has had tiger snakes in his tent last week.
I have never met such a vulnerable human that still sees the good in others and holds no hate towards anyone.
His NDIS package doesn’t cover any living equipment due to being homeless.
He has sadly been rorted by an unscrupulous provider.
Let’s lift his spirit and get him some Xmas fare and new clothing and a snake shovel.
