35-year-old First Nations man with complex mental health challenges and long history of homelessness is seeking financial support in purchasing groceries and essential items. Client is currently boarding with friends temporarily and is at risk of homelessness. Client is on jobseeker payments with most of his money going to board, medication, and food.
The client is also a highly talented First Nations artist. He is seeking financial support to purchase art supplies, including paint, canvases, brushes, and related materials, to help him further develop his artwork. He hopes to begin selling his pieces and is motivated to explore this as a potential income‑generating venture. Support in obtaining the tools needed to pursue this pathway would be greatly appreciated.
