A 51 yr old woman and her family lost their home in the October 2022 floods. Since October, this family was living in a caravan as their emergency accommodation funded by the insurance company until mid-June 2023, However, the insurance company took away the caravan, and this family is now looking for other accommodation options while managing to live in their damaged property. She lost all their household items in the floods, and she's been waiting for years until their insurance company finalised their claim. Her Mental Health is a concern at this time, and she is feeling overwhelmed and helpless. These feelings are compounded due to the stress of struggling to afford essential items for her home. In 2025 this lovely woman was knocked down by a bus. Health has now been severely impacted, She has needed to use her insurance payout to fund health costs. Financial assistance would really help this family during Xmas 2025.
