13 year old Aboriginal girl is homeless due to conflict with her drug addicted mother. She used to live with her Pop who passed away 5 years ago and then Nan but wanted contact with Mum but it has lead to unstable accommodation, not attending school and trouble with the law. Her phone was damaged and she needs a phone for her safety and for her support worker to stay in touch.
