Young parent with disability struggling to make ends meet, needs a helping hand

Ready to Learn
Young mum (17) with complex disabilities, taking good care of her 7-month-old baby. Has partner who also has disability. They have recently had a significant rental increase in their private rental this has added pressure to their financial struggles.
Neither have license's and rely on public transport, they live quite remotely and are hoping to move closer to town to better their chances of engaging with services and employment options. They have completed housing applications and provided numerous area preferences in hope to get something in coming months.
Grew up in foster care and has significant trauma history. Does not get along with in-laws or any of her partners family. Partners relationship with his family is very strained also. Has very little informal supports.
Will be resuming online study in coming months in hope to gain TCE at the end of the year.
Does not like accepting "handouts" however would really appreciate some assistance to help her little family.
