Individual lives alone on rural property in very rudimentary accommodation (little better than tent). She rotates use of single powerpoint between freezer, bar fridge that does not work sufficiently and light during the evening. Washing machine has not worked for many months and closest town for laundromat is 50 kilometres away. She does not have enough money to pay for her own basic needs after taking care of numerous fur babies
