After surviving significant domestic and family violence, this mother has recently been reunited with her youngest child. For many months she was unable to have contact, and the family has worked hard to begin rebuilding their bond. She has two older daughters she sees regularly, and now, for the first time in almost a year, her youngest son is able to come and stay with her.
She has just begun new employment, showing her commitment to creating a stable future for her family. However, she is starting again and does not yet have the household essentials needed to make her home safe and comfortable for her child. With community support, she can create a nurturing environment where her children feel secure, loved, and at home.
